Extended leasing solutions for periods above 30 days, with terms of 2-5 years to make electric vehicles accessible and affordable.

All of our vehicles come with maintenance, insurance, and charging included in the leasing agreements.

Market Analysis

Operational Plan

PREV currently leases space at Kicukiro-Kigali to accommodate its daily operations. This facility facilitates accessibility to our vehicles, parking, charging our fleets, a Washing Bay for our Vehicles, a workshop, and a maintenance area.

It also includes a small room for inventories with a space for maintenance personnel and a stock manager as well. Prev also established a public fast charger at Prince house and Offices for administrative personnel and the MD.

With continued growth, PREV must expand to a larger facility along the scalability process. The company aims to secure manufacturing partners in China to produce custom models of electric vehicles to import and lease exclusively in Rwanda under the PREV brand.

Management Structure

The organizational structure of PREV consists of five key roles that oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of the company.

Managing Director

Responsible for overseeing all company operations and reporting directly to the board of directors. Requires experience in business leadership and management, as well as a background in the automotive industry.

Operations Manager

Responsible for managing the daily operations of PREV's logistics and leasing businesses. This includes overseeing drivers and customer service staff, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Finance Manager

In charge of PREV financial operations, including financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and risk management.

Fleet Manager

Responsible for managing PREV's fleet of electric vehicles, including procuring new vehicles, handling maintenance and repair, and optimizing the usage and performance of the fleet.

Drivers

A team of well-skilled Drivers who operate the company's electric vehicles and customer transport services. Drivers report directly to the Operations Manager.
